What is your return policy?
Peacock Alley accepts new and unused online purchases within 30 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies only to Peacock Alley online or Peacock Alley brick-and-mortar retail purchases, and is not applicable to Peacock Alley wholesale account product returns or exchanges. *Effective October 26, 2023: Returns created on or after October 26, 2023, will incur a $30 shipping/restocking fee. Restocking of oversized items (all mattress toppers and duvet inserts) will result in a $55 fee.
How do I return or exchange a product?

Are there any limitations to your return policy?
The following limitations apple to the 30-Day Guarantee:
- All sales on items marked down or listed as "sale" or "final sale" are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returned products must include an original receipt or other proof of purchase.
- Products that are being returned to us must leave your possession within 30 days of the date of receipt or delivery of your purchase. The Peacock Alley 30-Day Guarantee is effective beginning on the date you receive your purchase.
- Products are not eligible for the 30-Day Guarantee if they have been monogrammed or have been damaged due to improper or unreasonable use.
- Custom-order products, including products with cut fabric yardage, are not eligible for the 30-Day Guarantee.
- Damaged or defective products or product that has been washed may be limited to exchange or the same product only.
- All products returned pursuant to the 30-Day Guarantee are subject to return approval. Peacock Alley reserves the right to refuse the return if the products are not acceptable or are returned later than 30 days after delivery. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back with a letter stating our reason for denying the request.
When will I receive my refund?
For purchases made through Peacock Alley stores or website, refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt and after review of your returned product; refunds will be credited to you in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. If you are making a purchase or redeeming points, your points will never expire.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There is no limit of points you can earn, but you can only redeem up to 1000 points ($100) at a time.

What is the difference between Percale and Sateen?
Percale fabric is plain in weave and characterized by a matte finish and crisp hand. Just like your favorite crisp white shirt, percale sheets are a bedroom must-have, especially during the hot summer months. Our high-end cotton percale linens are light and invigorating yet incredibly soft. Percale fabric is lighter in weight and more breathable making it perfect for summertime or warmer climates.
Sateen fabric is woven to create a silky smooth surface with a luminous sheen and is known for its luster and drape. Sateen is usually a little thicker and more tightly woven. It has a soft, inviting touch, perfect to to snuggle into bed with during the cold winter months.

Where are Peacock Alley products imported from?
Our luxury bedding products are imported from mills in Portugal and Italy, many of which we have worked with for over 40 years. In the textile industry, these are countries known for their expertise and craftsmanship.
