Continental United States

All orders over $250 qualify for free shipping via UPS Ground. Shipping rates for orders under $250 will be calculated at checkout.

You may choose to upgrade to UPS Expedited delivery at checkout for an additional fee.

Domestic Shipping Conditions

  • All shipments are delivered via UPS with shipping charges based on the total value of each order.
  • APO / FPO orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Under UPS shipping guidelines, delivery is unavailable to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.  (Please contact a representative to ship to a military address.)
  • In-stock merchandise is shipped out in 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday.
  • Made-to-Order Items and Monogram orders require 2-3 weeks lead time to ship.
  • Backorders are generally 2-3 weeks for manufacturing unless the product is on order from a mill, in which case you will be notified by a Peacock Alley Representative with an estimated arrival date.
  • All UPS shipments are processed with an 'Indirect Signature Required'.

Non-Continental United States

Orders to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR) are charged Expedited UPS Rates.

International Orders

For all international orders please email your order along with your shipping address to support@peacockalley.com. A Peacock Alley representative will contact you with an exact shipping quote and details on how to complete your order. Peacock Alley customers are responsible for paying any additional duties, taxes or custom fees upon receipt of your International Order.

Important Note for Our Canadian Customers Regarding Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that your order is shipping from outside of Canada, and as such, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additional fees upon arrival.

  1. These charges are determined by Canadian customs regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient (the buyer).
  2. Duties, taxes, and additional fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping and handling costs displayed on our website.
  3. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
