A: To become a Peacock Alley Perks member, click here to create an account. If you already have an online account, you have been automatically enrolled.

A: Insider, Elite, and A-List.


Q: How do I earn points?

A: Earn points by creating an account, shopping online, leaving product reviews on your purchases, following us on social media and more!


Q: How many points will I earn for every dollar?

A: Earning points on purchases depends on your status level. See below:

  • Insider: $1 = 1 point
  • Elite: $1 = 2 points
  • A-List: $1 = 3 points

Q: How do I redeem my points?

A: Once logged in to your Peacock Alley account, your points will be available to add to your cart at checkout. Log in here.


Q: Do my points expire?

A: Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. If you are making a purchase or redeeming points, your points will never expire.


Q: Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

A: There is no limit of points you can earn, but you can only redeem up to 1000 points ($100) at a time.

A: You are not able to use your points at our retail stores or outlet locations at this time.

Q: Does my status expire?

A: Your status will expire 12 months from your anniversary (the date you joined Peacock Alley Perks). To keep your status or level up, you must reach the spending threshold by your anniversary date.


Q: Will I receive reward points for purchases I made before creating my rewards account?

A: You will only receive points for purchases made after the launch of Peacock Alley Perks or creating your rewards account. Be sure to create an account before placing your order so you can receive points.


Q: Can I use more than one reward on a purchase?

A: No, you will not be able to redeem points and coupon codes on the same purchase.


Q: Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

A: Yes, you can still submit a return within the 30-day return window. You will only receive points back for the amount returned.
